Employment Relationship with Certified Creative Agency
I understand that Hire and Termination as an active Certified Creative Group Employee with Certified Creative Agency is based upon the work weeks that I am on an active assignment through CCA. I am formally hired at the beginning of an assignment and employment is officially terminated at the end of the week following an assignment completion. Rehire following termination commences when I begin a new assignment. I understand that I am not an active CCA employee during interims between Termination and Rehire.

Acknowledgement of Temporary Assignment
I understand that I am an employee of CCA and not their client and that I will be paid directly by CCA (CCA assumes responsibility for payroll deductions and year-end W-4 reporting).
I understand that my assignments are temporary in nature, the length of which may be increased, decreased or canceled at any time as determined by CCA and their client.
I understand that any problems or complaints I may have regarding the assignment must be directed to my supervisor at CCA and not to their client.
I understand that my rate of pay from CCA may be more or less than that received by other service individuals who are performing similar services for the Client, regardless of whether they are employees of the Client or CCA or other temporary services.
I understand that no promotions nor other forms of advancement or transfer (raises, promotion to other departments or positions or regular employment) by CCA or our client are promised now or in the future.
As an “at-will” employee, I understand that my employment at Certified Creative Group is terminated at the end of the Sunday following my last assignment. I understand that it is reinstated when I begin a new assignment.
Responsibility to Certified Creative Agency Services
We strive to make the perfect client-candidate matches. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we will replace the candidate at no extra charge.
How long before I can hire employee to my payroll?
You may hire at any time for a discounted fee, depending on how long the person has been on the assignment.
Do you conduct background checks on employees?
Certified will conduct any required background checks upon a client’s request.

From time to time, we would like to contact you about our services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you. We do not sell or share any personal information or data.
